Rounce & Evans have been managing property in East Anglia for nearly 30 years. With offices in King’s Lynn and Hunstanton, we’re the only ARLA and ARMA registered agent in the West Norfolk area.
Save time, get peace of mind and be certain that your property is well cared for, with our experienced and knowledgeable management services.
Having always lived locally and attending University in Nottingham, I was keen to stay in the area and contribute in any way that I could. My family business was haulage but I have always been interested in property and architecture.
After studying Civil Engineering at University I found myself working for Rounce & Evans purely by chance. I worked my way up from office junior to eventually buying the business in 2003.
I am a member of the Association of Residential Letting Agent and also the Institute of Directors.
Since moving to the Hunstanton area from Bedfordshire 32 years ago I have worked continuously in the property market. I joined Rounce & Evans Sales Department before moving to Lettings and I’m now based in the Block Management sector.
My love for Norfolk has enabled me to gain extensive knowledge of the area and my career has allowed me to build up relationships with fellow professionals in the industry giving me a wealth of experience. I’m also a member of ARLA.
After leaving Sixth Form I was offered a position by the Senior Partner at local law firm, Hawkins Ryan Solicitors in King’s Lynn. I worked there for 12 years, progressing from Office Junior to Conveyancing Executive. I was then approached by the Senior Partner of SJP Solicitors in Hunstanton, where I continued to work in Conveyancing for a further 8 years.
Luke Loades invited me to join Rounce and Evans to take on the role of Accounts Manager. I maintain a plethora of block management accounts as well as our Private Rent Account for the Lettings Department. Being a local girl, I have a wide knowledge of the area and the properties within it and I thoroughly enjoy living here.
I am the newest and youngest member of the team, starting here in May 2016. I have a great willingness to learn, have grown in confidence and I am looking to start my ARLA qualification very soon. Having lived in the local area all of my life I am very familiar with the surrounding areas, I couldn't think of a better place to live and work.
With a passion for History, I started studying for a History and Sociology degree at the College of West Anglia while my daughter was a young age. After this I began employment at Hayes and Storr Solicitors as a Receptionist. I worked there for several years before being offer a role as Administrator for Rounce and Evans where I have been for almost two years now.
We firmly believe there is more to your property, development or block than just bricks and mortar and that the key to making your property a success is having the right people involved. Whether you are responsible for a block, an owner occupier, an investment Landlord or have a property as your second home, it is the people behind your property that will make the site great.
We pride ourselves on building long term relationships with you, our clients. Offering you an extremely high level of customer service and striving to exceed your expectations at all stages of our relationship.
All of our staff are not only local but professional, friendly, approachable and dedicated to delivering you an exceptional service.
Founded by Timothy Rounce & Lucy Evans back in the 1980’s, Rounce & Evans was primarily an Estate Agents. During the downturn in the sales market, the business evolved and they branched out into residential lettings. Luke joined the team in 1997 and the residential lettings department rapidly expanded.
In 2003, Luke purchased the letting side of the business from Tim, and Rounce & Evans Property Management Limited was formed and has continued to thrive.
The business went from strength to strength and in 2006 Luke took on his first small block of 5 flats. With the block management side continuing to grow organically, Luke decided to invest more time and resources into it. He joined ARMA so he could continue to promote the high levels of service his clients had come to expect. Still growing, it became obvious that the best way to ensure clients received the best service was to open a dedicated Block Management department and to specialise in this field. In 2016, a dedicated office in the Kings Lynn Innovation Centre was opened.
And as we move forward, whilst the whole team works together, there are two distinct departments; residential lettings and block management.
