For every new block under management, we open a dedicated client bank account for you, in the name of the block or management company. Directors, if required, can receive monthly bank reconciliation reports so you too can track income and expenditure, as well as having an accurate knowledge of funds held in your account.
Service Charge Budgeting
Calculating your service charges can be time consuming and mistakes can cost you dearly. At Rounce & Evans we’ll take over responsibility of budgeting for your annual service charge, leaving you free to focus on other things. From tender, through to interview and appointment, we’ll manage the whole process for you. Once work starts we’ll monitor the contractors to make sure the job gets done to the highest standard.
