Before You Move In

We are here to guide you through the process of finding and securing your new home. From arranging viewings to completing your application, our team will support you at every step.

Finding a Property

Browse our available properties and contact us to arrange a viewing at a time that suits you.

Applicantion & Referencing

Once you have found the right property, complete our application process and referencing checks to secure your tenancy.

Holding Deposit

A holding deposit secures the property while referencing is completed and confirms your intention to proceed.

Moving In

Once your application has been approved, we will help you prepare for move-in day. This includes signing your tenancy agreement, arranging payments and ensuring everything is ready for a smooth start.

Tenancy Agreement

You will receive a clear tenancy agreement outlining the terms, responsibilities and length of your tenancy.

Initial Rent & Deposit

Before moving in, the first month’s rent and tenancy deposit must be paid and the deposit registered with an approved scheme.

Inventory & Condition Report

An independent inventory will record the condition of the property at the start of your tenancy to protect both parties.

During Your Tenancy

Our support does not stop once you move in. We remain on hand throughout your tenancy to assist with maintenance, inspections and any questions you may have.

Paying Your Rent

Rent is paid monthly by standing order to ensure payments are received on time and your tenancy runs smoothly.

Bills & Inspections

Tenants are responsible for council tax and utilities, and we carry out routine inspections to ensure the property is well maintained.

Maintenance & Repairs

If an issue arises, simply contact our team and we will arrange the appropriate maintenance as quickly as possible.
